We provide a platform for cricket teams, players, and influencers to collaborate, compete, and engage with fans. This platform includes match schedules, player contracts, team management, and sponsorships. Any player, team representative, influencer, or visitor browsing the platform shall be referred to as "User", "You", "Your", or "Participant" as the context requires. These Terms form a binding agreement between You and TCPL.
1.2 These Terms govern Your use of Our services, which include match scheduling, player registrations, team management, sponsorship opportunities, and digital media engagements through our website, mobile applications, and any other channels connected to TCPL ("Platform"). By using any of these services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2.1 The Tennis Cricket Premier League (TCPL) is a tennis-ball cricket league featuring growing talent, amateur players, and other public figures competing against each other in the sport of cricket. TCPL brings together players from various countries like India, UAE, Nepal, UK, etc., to compete in teams and promote sportsmanship, entertainment, and fan engagement.
2.2 The league offers not only cricket matches but also an immersive social media experience where fans can interact with their favorite players, track team performance, participate in virtual activities, and enjoy live-streamed content.
2.3 TCPL aims to provide a different format of sports, leveraging the reach of social media and traditional media to create a fan-centric, highly engaging platform. Alongside the cricket matches, TCPL organizes fan meet-ups, content creation opportunities, and various digital marketing initiatives, making it a platform that goes beyond sports and into lifestyle and entertainment.
3.1 Your access to the Platform and use of the services is conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all Users, whether team owners, players, sponsors, influencers, or fans.
3.2 You must be at least 18 years old to accept these Terms and participate in the TCPL, unless Your local jurisdiction allows otherwise. By accepting these Terms, You confirm You are of legal age or have the necessary consent.
3.3 By clicking "I AGREE" or availing of our services in any form, You enter into a legally binding agreement with TCPL to comply with these Terms.
3.4 These Terms apply to all interactions with the TCPL, whether You are a registered player, team owner, sponsor, influencer, or a casual visitor of the Platform. The Terms apply equally to any entity You represent.
3.5 TCPL reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of the updated Terms. If You do not accept the changes, you may terminate Your account by contacting us at support@tcplt10.com.
3.6 Breach of these Terms may result in suspension of Your account, termination of participation in the TCPL, and possible legal action.
4.1 The TCPL platform provides services related to cricket league management, including but not limited to:

5.1 Services may temporarily be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or external factors beyond Our control, including geographical restrictions or legal prohibitions.
5.2 TCPL is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors outside its control, such as natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or pandemics.
6.1 To participate in the TCPL, you must register on the Platform and create an account. Team owners, players, and sponsors will be required to provide necessary details for registration.
6.2 You will need to provide Your name, contact information, and other relevant details as specified during the registration process.
6.3 Upon registering, you will create a user ID and password to access Your account. You are responsible for safeguarding this information and ensuring the security of Your account.
6.4 Team owners can create sub-accounts for team staff, such as coaches, managers, and media representatives, for better management.
6.5 Players and team representatives are not allowed to create multiple accounts. If found, duplicate accounts may be terminated.
6.6 By registering, you agree to receive communication from TCPL via email, SMS, or in-app notifications regarding match updates, sponsorships, and league-related announcements.
6.7 TCPL prohibits competitors or their representatives from accessing or using the Platform.
6.8 You are responsible for all activities under Your account. If You suspect unauthorized use, you must notify Us immediately.
7.1 Teams can view player profiles and submit offers for their participation in the TCPL. Player profiles are accessible only to registered teams, and players can view team profiles but not those of other players.
7.2 Players may accept or reject offers from teams. Once accepted, both parties will digitally sign an 'Agreement' formalizing the terms of participation.
7.3 TCPL facilitates the execution of contracts between teams and players through third-party e-signature platforms. TCPL is not responsible for the content or enforceability of these contracts.
7.4 TCPL stores the contracts securely, but it is not liable for any breach, loss, or misuse of data caused by third-party service providers.
7.5 TCPL does not guarantee the identity of players, teams, or sponsors and advises Users to exercise caution when entering into agreements.
7.6 We do not guarantee the identity of Employers, End-Users working for any Employers, or Candidates and therefore advise Users to exercise caution while using Our Services. We do not guarantee the authenticity of a job offer, or the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by Users on the Platform. It is the responsibility of Users to verify the information and ensure that it meets their requirements before entering into any agreements or engagements.

10.1 All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Platform are the property of Tennis Cricket Premier League (TCPL) or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your personal and non-commercial use.
10.2 You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without our prior written consent.
11.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform and Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users or the Platform.
11.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
15.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tennis Cricket Premier League (TCPL) regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the same.
15.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
